Obesity
The foods we eat contribute to our well-being. It provides all nutrient supplements necessary for maintaining a healthy body. The moment you start eating more than what your body want on a daily basis, the extra food will turn to fat and accumulate in various parts of the body. This is how people become obese.

Obesity is a chronic condition and it has serious long-term consequences on health. Check your Body Mass Index (BMI) to know whether you are normal weight or over weight. BMI greater than 30 indicates that you crossed the normal weight limit. It is better to maintain BMI below 30 to have a healthy body. People who are obese are at high risk of serious and chronic diseases such as heart attack, high blood pressure, stoke, diabetes, gall bladder diseases etc. Furthermore, obese people are more prone to various carcinogenic diseases like cancer.
